Rental fees vary depending on the day of the week and the time of day.  There are rates for Weekdays (lowest), Friday (low), Saturday daytime and Sunday (more expensive), Saturday night (highest rate) and Weddings (above the Saturday night rate).

We want you to have an affordable gathering.  Our prices are fair and competitive. 

We do not discourage a party for minors – that is a party with more than 12 unrelated teens – but we require a hall assistant.  If the party exceeds 50 students a police detail may be required.  We are happy to offer Quinceaneras, Sweet 16s, high school graduation parties in the evening but since the majority of attendees are underage we only allow minors’ functions on Friday evenings or Sundays. Saturday nights are not available.

AV equipment is available for an additional charge.

Certain kinds of functions (such as fundraisers) and size of functions (over 125 people) may require a second bartender and a hall assistant which is determined in consultation with the rental agent.
