We require a bar for all nighttime functions except meetings; it is not optional. On some evenings there is a bar minimum prior to gratuity.  In other words, you and your guests have to spend at least a set amount or the host is balance billed.

Beers include but not limited to: Bud, Bud Light, Miller Lite, Mich Ultra, Coors, Corona, Heineken, Prestige, Sam, Sam Seasonal, Sam IPA.  There is an exhaustive list of gin, vodka, whiskey, whiskey blends, scotch, tequila and cordials. Wines are Woodbridge, Beringer and Barefoot.

We have sodas, juices, flavored teas and energy drinks available. You cannot bring outside beverages which also includes soda and water.  We do monitor during your event and the bartender or rental agent will ask you to remove any beverages that you have carried in.

If your event will have lots of little ones under the age of 4, you can bring in juiceboxes only.

Bars and Beverages are our specialty.

It is not uncommon, and to our delight, for people to request a special drink to commemorate a celebration from champagne toasts and mimosas to drinks that different cultures use in celebration.  If we don’t have it, we’ll order it.  If it is a liquor that we can use at other functions we will supply it outright and keep the remainder bottles.  If it is either a special wine or liquore or a certain amount is requested to be on site we will special order through our bar manager.  There can be a combination of corking fee and/or gratuity depending on the circumstances.  You may take unopened bottles. The rental agent and bar manager will delineate the charges ahead of time.  We do not allow bar ‘stations’ such as liquor luges, tequila bars or mimosa stations.  We provide the drinks across our bar only.  You can provide other garnishes beyond our standard cherries and olives!

We have an ATM machine at the ready.  We accept cash and credit/debit cards.  We do request a $10 minimum purchase per credit card charge.  We do run tabs for open bars and automatically add an 18% gratuity at the end of the evening.

Speaking of open bars – you can run a tab for the whole party, a set dollar ceiling, a portion of the evening or soda/water only.  Before your event we will determine the terms for the evening.  For some events, hosts use tickets for open bars; for example, one/person upon entry. Our bar management system allows us to enter the price for that drink automatically onto the tab so color coded tickets are not necessary.

Our final and firm caution:  if your guest are found to be drinking concealed nips or non-purchased drinks in our hall, bathrooms or parking lot the bartender can call an immediate end to the party! We take unauthorized drinking seriously.
