Rentals during the day are typically 12-4p (4 hours) and evenings run from 6:30-11:30 or 7-12 (5 hours).  Youth parties have shorter and earlier start times.  Meetings range from a few hours to the entire day depending on the needs of the client.

Included in the pricing is a guaranteed two hour block for setup prior to your start time. For some occasions such as Christenings and Communions, you may request, and we may be able to meet that request, to let you in to decorate early before going to the church and then returning later.

We are a busy function hall with as many as five events per weekend hence the 4 and 5 hour blocks.

Sometimes you are able to come in the day before or early in the morning of your event to decorate though that is becoming a rarity!  Someone from your group must be in attendance at all times to ensure the safety of your items.  The access to that floor from other floors is locked as is the door from outside. Further the building is alarmed but we do not encourage you to leave valuables overnight (such as expensive auction items, computers etc.) unless you carry your own insurance.

Our entrance is directly across from our parking area and has a ramp for easy access.  There is an alternate entrance through our vestibule. The vestibule is another space that you can use to do checkins or displays. There is an adjacent unmanned coat room. We share the two parking lots with adjacent buildings so there is plenty of parking.  We do ask that children not be allowed outside in our parking lot unaccompanied for safety reasons.

When the party is over, you must clear the tables, take down decorations and place the trash bags, which we provide, in the dumpster on the side of building.  We access a charge if you leave the trash in the hall!

We are an entire NO SMOKING facility and ash containers are located outside of the hall entrance.

• Our 65″ tv for video displays comes with an hdmi cable, cat 6 direct internet connect and various adapters for different computer/device types.  The TV is NOT a smart tv so video displays must be played through your computer.  If you are not using the TV for personal programming, we will have the TV on without volume for important sporting or other events, without charge.

• We offer: (1) large speaker with optional microphone along with various adapters for devices coupled with a bluetooth option; and, projections screen.

• A podium is available at no charge.
