Contract
Date selection.
The rental agent can place a tentative hold on the hall for 3 days. If someone wants that date prior to your decision, then the rental agent will contact you for confirmation before releasing the date.
The Contract.
When we agree on the terms, you will receive a contract through Tripleseat. Your approval of the proposal via that portal is your commitment to the terms of the contract. In addition to the 50% deposit to hold the hall, you are required to leave your credit card on file for final payment which is due 7 days prior to the event. We ask for a security deposit check for $250 which is held aside (not deposited) and returned after the function, less any damages or late fees.
For all daytime events you must be out 15 minutes after the scheduled end time. Nighttime events must be cleared out 30 minutes after end time. You are assessed $40 for every 20 minutes after your allowable departure time. You will receive notification of those charges that will be debited to your credit card or security deposit. Make sure you have a team to help clean up to avoid these charges.
If you do not have a credit card, then checks are accepted: one for the 50% deposit and the other as a security deposit of $250. The checks must be submitted at the same time or your date is not guaranteed. In lieu of cash, please submit a bank check.
Floor Plan Layout.
Floor plans are due SEVEN days prior to the event. We can make minor modifications on the day of, but if you do not give us plans we use our standard layout which is included here. We have experience in layouts by type of event. We aim to please and if you want it just your way we need your plans 7 days prior.
Communication.
Open communication is key to a successful event. When emailing please respond through the original message sent from Tripleseat so that the thread is preserved.
