You may decorate the hall but we don’t want items nailed to the wall or applied with thick silver/black duct tape. The ‘Command’ 3M or silly putty products that don’t remove paint should be used. Sprinkles and glitter are frowned upon. Lighted candles and other incendiary devices are prohibited.

Please do not hang items from the chandeliers, especially your guests!

You can stage areas with the assistance of a decorator however we have strict rules on how to put the staging down without scratching our new floors. All staging MUST HAVE felt padding or rugs under the surfaces that touch the floor. Please no dragging of staging, tables or chairs along the floor. We have found that decorators may not be familiar with out rules so please share this information with them.

Most DJs come with uplighting and since the upper portion of our walls are white, the colored glow that you select with your dj adds another dimension to the hall. Our new renovations include programmable uplighting pocket sconces at no charge.
